Come join us for discussion over lunch! As we settle down to our meal each week, we attempt to foster renewed conversation about “things that matter.” Together we dialogue and question in an environment that is smaller and more intimate than the weekly large group forum. For Fall 2008, we will be readings excerpts from Kierkegaard’s Provocations. All are welcome to come participate in the discussion at either 11:30 or 12:30 lunch!

Each week we gather in the Garden Room to discuss what matters most concerning the truth claims of Christianity and how they relate to a particular academic discipline, current event, or speaker’s experience. These conversations represent the best of what dialogue between differing opinions can evoke. The circle is drawn wide to include views and perspectives different from our own in hopes of discovering more of what C.S. Lewis referred to as those principles and truths which constitute that which is “merely Christian.” We hope you’ll add your voice to the conversation.
